We service 20 miles radius of center city Philadelphia. That includes All parts of Philadelphia, King of Prussia, parts of southern New Jersey.

ARE YOUR COURIER DRIVERS UNIFORMED?

Yes. We take pride and understand we’re representing not only ourselves but other retail partners. Therefore all our service staff are well groomed and provide service wearing The Journi shirts, jackets, or pins.

WHAT TIME DO I NEED TO PLACE A ORDER TO RECEIVE SAME DAY DELIVERY?

We recommend all orders be submitted by 4:30PM EST to receive.

WHAT IF I NEED PICK UP FROM MORE THAN ONE RETAILER?

No problem, a minimal fee may apply.

AM I ABLE TO CHANGE DELIVERY LOCATION AFTER ORDER IS PLACED?

Yes, we understand things change. After speaking with courier agent they will redirect delivery.

DOES THE JOURNI ONLY SERVICE INDIVIDUAL PEOPLE?

No, we have accounts with retailers and luxury hotel/apartment living in the Philadelphia and King of Prussia area as a contracted courier.

HOW OFTEN DO YOU BILL FOR COURIER SERVICE?

Apartment living and retailers we be billed twice a month on the 1st and 16th, but we can also bill weekly if preferred.

CAN I PAY MY INVOICES WITH A CREDIT CARD?
Yes, we can either send you a payment link or simply call us and we’ll process the payment for you. You can also have a monthly payment scheduled for our elite courier services members.
