Terms of service.

The Journi is an independent contracting service. Therefore, does not personally make, sell, clean, or tailor any garments.

REFUNDS. Due to fashion retailer policies, all tailored garments that are altered or made to your measurements and therefore cannot be refunded due to change of mind.

PICKUP, DELIVERY, REFUNDS. All accounts must be paid in full before the Client’s garments can be released. If fashion retailer is unable to receive payment if connected by resident and Journi personnel an agreement will be made where resident can use express fund transfer applications (venmo, cash app, etc). Due to COVID-19, retailer hours are subject to change and therefore we ask that all requests are to be made before 5:00pm. If retailer is closed we will be unable to execute residents request and are not held liable for purchased garments of that day. However, we will pick-up/deliver items when retailer is open for business. 

Pick-ups and deliveries are counted by one retailer. If needing pick-ups from more then one retailer additional rates my apply, but will only count for one delivery on your package chosen.

 If the customer is not satisfied with either the quality or the fit of the ordered items(s) the depending on retailer policy the customer has the choice to to return themselves or allow a Journi premium team associate to return the item. This will take the place of an additional pick-up & delivery from the package the customer has. If the customer does not have any additional pick-ups & deliveries available for the month additional charges may apply. For the customer to return any garments they must follow the return policy of each individual retailer.
